The opportunity

Chicago, Illinois’ O’Hare International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world and operates 184 gates for global travelers. The Red Roof Inn – O’Hare Arlington Heights is conveniently located approximately six miles from the airport, while downtown Chicago is just a 30-minute drive away.

Parth Shaha has over a decade of experience leading hotel businesses and partnering with Expedia. As the CEO, he oversees operations and revenue management for the property. He and his team use Expedia PartnerCentral (EPC) daily to communicate with guests and gain valuable insights on how the property is performing in this active market.

While Parth relies heavily on his Expedia market manager to advise him on upcoming opportunities and year-over-year trend analysis, he finds a wealth of performance information in EPC’s Analytics tools.
