Bringing the guest experience to life

This is all in a day for Cecilia Sit, Quality Manager at the Melia Nassau Beach All Inclusive.

During a recent visit to this lovely resort, situated on Cable Beach in Nassau, Bahamas, Cecilia made sure that everything about my stay was perfect. But she doesn’t just do this for Expedia employees – as Quality Manager, it’s her job to make sure that every guest at this family friendly resort has a memorable stay.

To do this, Cecilia could be anywhere on property, but she is still able to stay connected with the EPC App. She uses the App to access “a beautiful little bundle” of guest experience applications: Real-time Feedback, Conversations and Guest Reviews.
